Bez Careers (S) Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in 2007, marking the beginning of our journey. Initially, our company specialized in deploying candidates to various F&B establishments across Singapore, encompassing positions such as managers, supervisors, service crews, chefs, and other line and staff personnel. Our reach extended to a diverse array of F&B establishments, ranging from casual dining restaurants and fast-food chains to fusion restaurants and fine dining establishments. Our clientele spanned across Singapore, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, America, Malaysia, India, and China. Engaging with clients from different countries exposed us to varied business perspectives and invaluable cultural differences, which have been instrumental in shaping our company’s future expansion within the region. Recognizing the growing demand for manpower in Singapore, in 2008, our company introduced an internship and OJT program for students, which proved to be a resounding success. This program not only complemented our clients’ existing staff but also identified promising candidates for further development within their organizations. Our overseas partners played a pivotal role in sourcing candidates for us, leveraging our home base in Singapore, which served as a hub for talent from around the world. In 2009, to facilitate further international collaboration, we obtained accreditation with POEA. Additionally, we established counterparts in numerous countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and India, enhancing our access to a wide pool of candidates. To maintain the highest standards in our operations, our company embarked on ISO 9001 certification in 2009. This commitment to quality processes allowed us to streamline our operations and work toward our mission of gaining global recognition in the industry. The year 2009 also marked a milestone with the deployment of candidates to Australia and the Middle East. In our pursuit of global recognition, our company initiated overseas expansion in 2012. We gained accreditation as an approved manpower vendor for several major casino and hotel establishments in Macau. Notably, the companies we served were publicly listed in both the US and Hong Kong. 2012 was also a successful year for our presence in Brunei, where we deployed candidates to major companies across various industries, including wholesale, retail, hospitality, media, and engineering. Building on our experience in Macau, we established contact with major gaming hotel operators in the Philippines for candidate deployment. To further broaden our international reach, we entered agreements with hotels in the Maldives to place candidates in various positions. In 2013, our company received the prestigious Singapore Business Quality Award, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. In 2015, we had the honor of leading a large-scale recruitment exercise for our client in Macau, spanning multiple territories, including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, and the Philippines. We were the sole recruitment company appointed to organize this extensive recruitment effort in Singapore. From 2017 to 2019, we continue recruiting talents and conducting recruitment exercises for the Gaming Concessionaires in Macau, Cambodia and also Philippines. 2020 to 2022 was very challenging to our company and also the World as we all battled the COVID-19 virus which closed borders and all recruitment exercises ground to a halt. 2023 saw the resumption of recruitment exercises and our company is honoured to be one of the approved recruitment vendor for all the Gaming Concessionaires in Macau. Despite facing challenges from the pandemic, our company remained steadfast and committed to provide the best level of service to all our client and candidates.
