Focus Media is the first and also the largest offline advertising solution provider in China. Our group offers comprehensive audience coverage from core business districts, office buildings, residential areas and shopping malls in these countries. About the job
Job Purpose:
- The goal is to develop new potential clients and maintain existing advertising customers, promote elevator media cooperation, and assist customers to achieve brand growth;
- Be able to clarify and understand customer needs, own basic marketing analysis, strategic planning and proposal pitching, and be able to continue grow and willing to learn especially in the media industry;
- Continuously develop new customers and maintain long term stable customer relationships;
- Complete the promotion of each project cooperation with the customer, and cooperate with the internal and customer to achieve their marketing aim with company’s elevator media resources;
- Strictly abide by the sales system, be honest, pragmatic and diligent;
Job Requirements:
- Malaysia Citizen with 1-2 years of experience in related media fields preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Media or equivalent
- Good understanding of marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
- Good organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Willing to travel

职位描述
● 目标开拓和维系广告客户，达成电梯媒体合作，达成品牌增长;
● 能明确和洞悉客户需求，具备基础市场营销分析能力，策略策划能力及提案能力，并
能持续在营销领域学习;
● 不断开拓新客户，维系稳定客户关系;
● 完成客户每一个项目合作的落地推进，内部和客户方的流程配合;
● 严格遵守销售制度，做到诚信、务实、勤奋;
任职资格:
● 马来西亚公民，拥有1-2年相关领域经验者优先。
● 欢迎应届毕业生申请，至少拥有市场营销/大众传播学士学位或同等学历。 ● 对营销理念、策略和最佳实践有很好的理解。
● 良好的组织、计划和人际交往能力。
● 适应性和兼顾多个项目的能力。
● 愿意出差。
