1. Assist in coordinating and formulating annual warehousing operation plans based on the warehousing company's strategy;,
2. Management of warehouse operations across the entire network, including: management, coordination, and control of operations such as receiving, shelving, picking, packaging, inventory, delisting, and returning goods, as well as material planning and inventory management;
3. Improve and optimize various processes and standards for warehouse management, establish standardized and complete logistics warehouse operation reports, provide timely feedback on logistics warehouse operations, implement rules and regulations into daily work, track and improve employee work quality and efficiency;
4. Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (conditions may be relaxed for those with outstanding abilities), priority given to majors related to logistics, transportation, warehousing, etc
2.At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in the warehousing and logistics industry, and at least 3 years of work experience in warehousing operation and management,
3. Familiar with warehouse logistics operation mode and warehouse operation management mode, with proficient operation and management experience. IE work experience is preferred
4. Have a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and strong ability to analyze, judge, and solve problems; Have good communication skills, strong organizational coordination, planning and decision-making abilities.
