The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.
You will be part of the academic team to design, develop and deliver industry-relevant programmes in support of industry transformation to deepen manpower capabilities for the Built Environment sector.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage training programmes for professionals and students in the built environment sector
- Develop programme curriculum and course materials to ensure rigour and industry relevancy of the programmes
- Curate and deliver effective lessons through various modes of delivery including technology-enabled learning
- Formulate and maintain close partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations and domain experts
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or building related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the local built environment sector
- Able to work independently and in teams
