The Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn) is Singapore’s national space office. To build up Singapore’s space ecosystem and advance Singapore’s space interests, OSTIn seeks to:
* Nurture the build-up of local space technology capabilities through investments in R&D;
* Grow a globally competitive local space industry;
* Develop policies and regulations to support Singapore’s space activities;

[What you will be working on]
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Building sound understanding of space technology and industry trends, and identifying opportunities to advance Singapore’s interest in space.
- Analysing and mapping industry value chains, challenges, needs and opportunities and develop compelling value propositions and roadmaps that will help Singapore to succeed in the space industry.
- Supporting the development and execution of the space industry growth strategy.
- Identifying, co-creating and managing projects, including space technology projects and outreach projects, with key stakeholders in the private and public sectors.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, including gaining a deep understanding of company accounts and their needs, and planning and executing account management and client servicing activities.
- Supporting the organisation of local space industry conferences, including the Global Space and Technology Convention (GSTC).
- Supporting workforce development efforts, e.g. STEM promotion programmes for the space sector.
[What we are looking for]
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- A strong interest and passion in outer space
- Relevant work experience in roles to do with value creation, venture building and solutioning for clients
- Ability to analyse in-depth complex issues and put forth actionable solutions, and meticulously plan and drive implementation of workstreams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, and experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, have excellent work ethic and a team player
