· Support the preparation of application forms for new units and separate assessment applications with IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore).
· Assist in verifying letters sent to tenants regarding property tax recovery and AV-GST (Annual Value-Goods and Services Tax) updates.
· Aid in uploading Annual Value information to the LMS (Lease Management System) upon revision by IRAS.
· Aid in uploading Valuation Notices to the RPA (Real Property Application) system and verify the Daily Tracker for any pending tasks.
· Assist in preparing Excel documents for the 2023 Valuation List review.
· Assist in preparing the 2024Property Tax Bill Schedule.
· Assist in the housekeeping of the common drive for Asset Support related to Property Tax.
· Perform any other administrative tasks related to property tax as assigned.
