- Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
- Sat: 8am-12pm
Salary: Up to $2,500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspection & quality checks on raw materials, in-process production and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety & quality standards.
- Perform microbiological testing & analysis on food samples to identify potential contaminants & ensure product safety.
- Monitor & maintain proper sanitation & hygiene practices in the production area, including equipment cleaning & pest control.
- Assist in development & implementation of quality control procedures, including documentation, record keeping & corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints & non-conformances.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest food regulaions & industries standards to ensure compliance & suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Assist in the training of production staffs on quality control procedures & food safety practices.
- Support internal & external audits by providing necessary documentation & conducting audits of production processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality & efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Graduate Diploma in Food Science/ Technology.
- Min. 1-2years of relavant experience within the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations & industry standards.
- Understanding of quality control procedures & documentation practices.
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to identify potential quality issues.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to understand & converse in Mandarin (as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates & employees).
