Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of transactions integrate from Accpac to BC – for transactions (receipt, invoice and credit note)
- Helping in preparing the import receipt listing – mapping the Encore report and Bank Statement, Flywire collection etc
- Issue Official Receipt in Accpac for those manual receipt by Student Affairs team
- Sending notification and reminder to student
- Filing receipts issued by Student Affairs
- Helping to provide supporting document to External Auditor
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Key selection criteria
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel) applications
- Able to multitask, work independently
- Organized. meticulous and possess high attention to detail
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business

Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 4,000
