As a Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting/finance functions, including the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements. You must also ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports.
A self-motivated individual with high emotional quotient who can thrive in a start-up environment and perform under stress would be most suited.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Handle full sets of accounts for more than two company.
2. Responsible for all tax submissions and compliance matters.
3. Reconcile balance sheet items.
4. Prepare costing reporting, bank reconciliation, cash flow projection and management.
5. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial, budgeting and management reports.
6. Ensure internal control, SOPs compliant with company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure all transactions are recorded properly, accurately and timely in compliance with local accounting policy.
8. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, tax and government authorities.
9. Provide support and assistance on other general administration related matters.
10. Other general accounting duties or ad hoc work assigned by the management.
