Accounting, Admin & Operations Manager

Background:

The TSquared Lab Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Manager to oversee our financial and administrative operations in the industries of Personal Training and Food Manufacturing. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.


Responsibilities:

A. Accounting

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Coordinate, analyse, and report the financial performance to management and board of directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).
  • Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
  • Oversee audit and tax functions (including GST/ income tax) and various Government grants, coordinate activities with external audit firms and review firms’ performance.
  • Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all SFRS rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand company operations and strategy and provide and implement the correct strategies across all departments.
  • Ensuring the company's internal control systems are compliant.

B. Operations & Customer Service

  • Support the Production Team in all aspects related to Food Manufacturing including but not limited to order verification, label printing and logistics.
  • Become a single point of contact for all customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, ensuring immediate follow up, resolution and pass through to the relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in overall combined accounting and finance with management roles.
  • Must have prior accounting experience in the Food Manufacturing and Personal Training/ Health Industry
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel, accounting & CRM software (Xero experience is a plus, as is experience in MindBodyOnline or similar platforms)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Service oriented mindset with personalized approach to each and every customer
  • Detail oriented and analytical approach.
  • Strong capacity to manage multiple tasks and a passion for results.
