Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing R&D projects and products with agile methodologies
- Engage in collaborative communication with management and stakeholders,
- Assist in creating a Master schedule with the stakeholders and ensuring it is on track
- Assist in the driving product in iterations via Jira and facilitates sprint activities
- Assist in managing project priorities, conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
- Assist in conducting retrospective and root cause analysis to help teams improve their practices relentlessly to ensure maximum productivity
- Provide leadership in facilitating agile & scrum activities
Requirements:
- Pursuing a BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Understanding of software & system design, platform architecture will be a plus
- Understanding of agile methodologies and scrum approach
- Highly self-motivated, a team-player and ready to make an impact
- Good time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills with good influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
