Senior Product Development Executive (Manufacturing/FMCG/Food, Tai Seng)
Salary: Up to $4,500

Job Scope:
- Source and assess from approved suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for sample and mass production of artwork.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company concepts, and product appearance.
- Prepare reports and statistics for management.
- Supervise the team and to report progress accordingly.
- Participate in developing new and reformulated products, from market research to launch.
- Attend trade shows to explore market trends.
- Evaluate new product proposals from potential OEM sellers and follow up.
- Regularly analyze product performance, conduct market surveys and compare products
- Proofread and approve new product artwork.
- Collaborate with suppliers for product formulation and packaging.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and report on new and reformulated products.
- Maintain records of product rationalization, including sales and quantities for all products.
- Monitor the sales performance of new products and provide suggestions based on sales performance.
- Verify barcode generation for new product SKUs.
- Notify departments about new product launches and provide information.
- Collaborate with other business units on new product innovation.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in food science or related field
- With 3 years of experience in product development
