Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell services to existing customers
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and status reports
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, sales, consulting, sales support
- Able to speak fluent Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking colleagues and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Working location: Chinatown Point
Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500 + AWS + VB
