Operations Executive ( Compliance)- 1 year contract,$2,800 per month
Location: Little India
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Description:
- part of the team responsible for promoting and regulating the use of shared active mobility devices. You will be required to work closely with the team and provide support on regulation matters, and perform compliance checks on our operators.
- Make field trips to operators’ premises, parking locations, Etc
- Engage licensees and educate them on compliance requirements;
- Perform user acceptance testing on system enhancements
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification in Accountancy, Business, Finance or other relevant discipline
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good analytical, written and communication skills
- Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking operator(s)
- Meticulous, with good interpersonal skills
- Able to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure
