Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively source for new business and customers to expand our client base in the road markings and asphalt laying industry
- Handle customer enquiries, thoroughly understand site requirements, prepare accurate and competitive quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Able to Lead and Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Study and understand our products specifications well
- To source new or alternative products so as to recommend to customers
- Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects
- Provide valuable feedback on market needs, customer preferences and competitor strategies to the management team
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (manual)
- Minimum University Degree from a local institution
- Entry level professional with a focus on construction or individuals with past experiences in road construction are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers
- Strong initiative, exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Able to communicate in Hokkien
- Prior sales experience is preferred
