Bubs & Tots is a leading baby and toddler swim school specializing in equipping children under the age of 5 years old with the skills they need for their first foray into the underwater world.
We are looking for event crew members to join our growing team at our Punggol Safra outlet on event day(s).
As an event crew member, you will be responsible for these duties such as:
- Setup event booth
- Get familiar with event activities e.g how the game of the day is being played and promotion details.
- Engage with customers and their children by sharing the promotion details and entice to play the game of the day respectively.
- Give out any prize for any winners (if any).
- Direct sales related enquiries to customer service officers.
- Timely communication via WhatsApp is a must.
- Any duties as assigned on day of event (as required).
You must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven work experience in a customer service role is preferred. Passion for kids and engaging parents are a plus.
Upcoming Event Details:
- Date: 25 November Saturday (1 day)
- Time: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM or 5.00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Fees: $10 per hour (no CPF)
- Venue: SAFRA Punggol, #01-04, 9 Sentul Crescent, S828654. Either Level 3 Artium or Level 1 Bubs and Tots Swim School (assigned accordingly to role of the day)
