Overview:
You are responsible to support production with daily operations like prepare compounds, test solutions, and reagents to conduct production test procedures.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Prepare and maintain chemistry dye plates.
- Perform and conduct production chemistry test procedures.
- Involved in the scale-up, purification, process optimization, technology transfer and process validation activities.
- Maintains accuracy and quantity of all raw materials to ensure that inventories and supplies are available, orders laboratory supplies and chemicals, keeping an eye on expiration dates. Ensure materials are FIFO and no contamination to the material.
- Ensures laboratory equipment and safety systems are maintained per established procedure.
- Participates and delivers documentation to post-production meeting.
- Consult with engineers and scientists on analysis, interpretation, and development of tests.
- Conduct quality control programs, operating procedures, and control strategies to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
- Develop, improve, and customize equipment, products, formulas, analytical methods, and processes.
What You Bring:

- Diploma in Bio-analytical Chemistry or Molecular biology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Biotech industry.
- Knowledge in statistics and the ability to design evaluation experiments.
- Requires adaptability, independence, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of chemistry including the safe use and disposal of chemicals.
- To be thorough, pay attention to detail, and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
- A positive team player.
