1. Laboratory Support: Assist R&D team in laboratory work, including but not limited to preparation of experimental samples, operation of experimental equipment, recording and analysis of experimental data.
2. Data management: Responsible for managing the data generated in the laboratory, including collating, archipping and backing up to ensure the integrity and security of the data.
3. Documentation: Assist in organizing and maintaining laboratory documentation, including laboratory records, research literature, and laboratory manuals.
4. Laboratory equipment maintenance: Responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Team collaboration: Work closely with R&D team members to assist in project advancement and progress tracking.
6. Safety and Compliance: Comply with laboratory safety and compliance policies to ensure the legality and safety of laboratory operations.
7. Research Support: Assist the R&D department in the preparation and implementation of scientific research projects, including literature research, experimental protocol design and result analysis.
8. Report and presentation: Prepare experimental data reports and presentation materials for team and superiors to report.
9. Project Management: Participate in project management activities, assist in formulating project schedules, monitoring progress and resource allocation.
New Technology Research: Continuous learning and understanding of new technologies and methods related to the field of R&D.
