Our Client
Our client is a fast growing company within the manufacturing space and they are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.
The Role
- Providing legal services and maintaining and coordinating contract administration
- Prepare, draft, negotiate and advise on all aspects of customer/ supplier/ license/ distributor/ non-disclosure agreements
- Assist with contract drafting/vetting and negotiation across the various business units
- Perform other related duties as assigned
To Qualify
- Degree in Law with minimum 3 years of experience in related field is required
- Excellent legal & contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail
- Excellent drafting capabilities and negotiation/ communication skills
