Job Details:
• Basic Salary starting from $4,000 - $7,000 (Depends on experience)
• Mon to Fri / 9AM to 630PM
• Permanent
Responsibilities:
• You must assure the retention and profitability of the existing Mortgage Loan Portfolio
• You must handle Mortgage Loans re-quotation requests and negotiation on pricing and packages
• You must evaluate & restructure Mortgage Loans to meet the client’s needs
• You must work closely with the product team to optimize on repricing packages offering and portfolio profitability • You must execute Proactive Retention Exercises initiated by the product team
Requirements:
• Min a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Preferable with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience of Mortgage Loan
