Job Description:
1. Applicant must have experience & knowledge of Civil Engineering work. Provide and deliver the necessary tools, equipment for the various work sites and manage team work with workers.
2. Reporting the work status daily to the Site Manager therefore need to walk & work around construction site very often.
3. Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials to address issues in case of any urgency in the workplace.
4. Ensure that the project is running smoothly in accordance with timeline, rules & regulations while arrange the work schedule with group of workers
5. Assist project manager to supervise and implement project expenses, assets and resources within budget. Ensure that all field instructions and variation orders are documented.
6. Lead, guide and supervise a multicultural labour force & management team with construction responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves it’s business objectives and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
7. Able to work overtime oftenly woth site progress.
Requirements:
1. Minimum ITE graduate for a high-paced and dynamic work site
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in similar capacity
3. Certification required such as BCSS, Confined Space Safety Accessor and Work at Height for Supervisor
4. Sound knowledge of civil construction or LTA project.
5. Able to communicate in English and Manadarin.
