We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing team to assist with a variety of tasks, including market research, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and content creation.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and organisational skills, and a passion for marketing. This is a great opportunity for a current student to gain valuable hands-on experience in the marketing field! This will be a paid position.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Write and edit marketing materials
- Assist with live/virtual event planning and execution
- Assist the marketing team in administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
This is a part-time position (minimum of 20 hours per week for 3 months or longer) in a hybrid setting.
What skills and experience are required?
- Currently in year 3/4 in university - pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Can dedicate 20 hours per week to this opportunity
- Commit 3 months or longer
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and highly organised
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
