Responsibilities:
- Deploy sales skills to achieve targeted sales professionally and effectively.
- Handle all customers' technical specifications, quality, and delivery issues diligently and give feedback to the management and/or suppliers for immediate action when necessary.
- Maintain regular contact with Key Clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals; monitor/coordinate/report proposal status on weekly sales meetings.
- Develop new accounts and grow the market shares of existing customers.
- Conduct product training and presentations to customers.
- Attend trade shows.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- More than 1-2 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Solution Sales Selling.
- Experience in water treatment/pump industries is an added advantage.
- Team player with strong technical and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a good command of spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and hard-working.
- Good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Travel within Singapore and internationally will be required from time to time.
