Job Responsibilities:
• Planning logistics and execution of entire event with direction from management
• Pitch prospective clients/ vendors / exhibitors and sponsors for exhibitions
• Provides administrative support for operations
• Ensure proper documentation, maintain / update records accordingly
• Responsible for accurate listing of deals for e-commerce website and backend POS system
• Coordinate with suppliers to prepare goods to be delivered to customers
• Coordinating with inventory and stockroom
• Conducting periodic audits for operational matters
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Well organized and attention to details
• Ability to multitask
• Good team player
• Savvy with Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
