Purpose:
To provide excellent Sales Support to internal and external customers as well as overseas offices.
Job Description:
- Assist with tender management and agreements for Key account customers.
- Ensure consistent service performance levels and strive for improvements when interacting with customers.
- Be proactive in coordinating communications with overseas account managers for actions in resolving issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of all the filing rates and contractual terms in the system for non-Tender, existing contracts and expiring rates.
- Able to translate customer enquiries into booking data using the internal system.
- Participate to drive digital adoption and deflection for organizational efficiency.
- Able to analyze Sales KPI / KAR performance using the internal system.
Requirements:
- Need someone from container shipping OR contract logistics.
- Those who has shipping experience or at least in freight forwarding company is a plus :)
