PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Support for entire Active Directory Connect Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide 3rd level support to Central Desktop team, ServiceDesk & users.
- Coordinate & provide solutions of incidents to that are escalated by CDE, DE , ServiceDesk within agreed SLA time independently.
- Manage health and troubleshoot of Azure AD Connect synchronization with AD including verification of AD account attributes, Pass Through Authentication agent health
- Maintain and manage azure tenant in the Microsoft M365 Cloud platform to meet demands on cloud services
- Facilitate and assist CDE team on Windows hello sign-on provisioning/troubleshooting for Single-SignOn on end user machines.
