KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key focus will be to:
• Manage a team of operational and sales staff and drivers to ensure deliverables are met
• Track production output and plan for the factory efficiency is met and equipment utilization
• Ensure a high standard of customers service is met and achieved .
• Oversee all operations to ensure smooth execution of all operational staff
• Implement and track SOP and policies are adhered to
• Plan and work with operational staff to ensure all datelines are met and work with other
business partners to ensure timely supply of goods
• Mentor ,discipline and train junior staff to perform their tasks effectively
• To manage and oversee the Inventory management system and ensure that it is inline with the company policies
• Be a team player – you have a collaborative attitude and supports the team to drive for result
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experiences
· Min Diploma with 3-5 years in operational management
· Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in managing a team of operational staff and fleet of delivery trucks
· Good leadership skills to manage a team of different functions
· Excellent verbal and written command of English is mandatory. Business proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
