They are now looking for an experienced Production Executive to assist the production manager in managing the set production and operational requirements for luxury lifestyle events, pop-ups, and exhibition.

Job Description
- Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating of ‘live’ events, conferences and exhibitions in Singapore and regional countries.
- Manage all production requirements for events and exhibitions including application of necessary permits and licenses.
- Vendor sourcing and managing suppliers relationships.
- Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing.
- On site set up assistance and management for events and exhibitions.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.
Criteria
- Relevant academic background in project / production management for relevant events, conferences or exhibition.
- Up to 2 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in set construction requirements for events and exhibitions.
- Detailed communication and follow up with internal design and events teams.
- Supplier management and quality control to ensure suppliers deliver high quality finishing.
- Good organisational techniques with attention to details.
- Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans.
- Possess positive attitude.
