- Perform customer due diligence checks (Know Your Client) and onboarding for all new clients and continuous due diligence review for existing clients
- Preparation of documents relating to the setting up of companies, Singapore branches
- Drafting of directors’ resolutions, such as change of directors and/or secretary, opening and closing of bank accounts, acceptance of banking facilities
- Preparation and filing of transactions in relation to client matters with ACRA including XBRL filing & IRAS (E-stamping)
- Keeping track and ensuring that confidential documents in both hard and soft copy are filled properly
- Cost calculation
- Monthly accounting duties including generation of vouchers and G / L
- Generation of Balance Sheet and P&L statement
- Identification and application of governmental grants
- Payroll processing, CPF and tax filing and generation of IR8A form
- Regular reimbursements review and petty cash management
- Preparation of payments
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
