What You'll Be Doing:

- Craft compelling content that delves into the financial tapestry, exploring mortgages, interest rates, and other secondary themes that interlace with the vibrant narrative of the real estate industry.
- Become the maestro of our Real Estate Quarterly Report, orchestrating a symphony of key industry trends, market analyses, and noteworthy developments that captivate our audience.
- Collaborate harmoniously with our graphics wizards to handpick visuals that elevate and amplify the essence of your written compositions. Embark on ad hoc writing escapades, covering the freshest real estate policies or regulatory changes with a flair for accuracy and timeliness.
- Be the star of our team gatherings, sharing your ideas, insights, and industry wisdom in a vibrant exchange of creativity.
- Stay attuned to the heartbeat of the industry, riding the waves of the latest trends, market dynamics, and shifts in real estate policies to ensure your content is a beacon of accuracy and relevance.
- Dive deep into the seas of research, extracting pearls of information from reliable sources and stringing them together in a clear and concise narrative.
- Foster seamless collaboration with diverse team members, including Real Estate Agents, Business Development Teams, Video and Graphic specialists, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure the creation of content with precision, quality, and accuracy, weaving a cohesive tapestry of excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years experience in similar role
- Relevant education, Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Real Estate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other Asian language;
- Tapped into local property trends, demonstrating an ability to convert hot topics into winning content.
- Passionate about Real Estate, Urban Development, Interior Design, and Architecture.
- Ability in any of the following will be a bonus: writing for video, generating interesting infographic and willingness to brief audience in the form of video.
