Overall Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the administrative matters in the Merchandising Department including liaising with internal and external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support English Book Categories
- Issuing of Purchase Orders and transfers
- Promotion Setting
- Operations Coordination
- Admin duties and paperwork
- Compilation, sending of daily memo and bestsellers listing
- Support in all Popular events
- Any other tasks assigned by Merchandising Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of retail or merchandising experience.
- Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
