Accounts cum HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, Employment Income Tax and other government claims.
  • Prepare GST and perform full set of accounts.
  • Assist in checking invoices and payment to suppliers.
  • Process claims and reimbursement of internal staffs.
  • Process work pass applications/ cancellations/transfers (work permit & S pass).
  • Handle insurance renewal and claims matters.
  • Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matter.
  • Handle admin duties including internal procurement, emails and calls.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well.

Requirements:

  • Immediately availability preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Min 1 years relevant working experience.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS office.
