What you’ll do:
- Assist the Marketing Manager on the smooth and successful execution of restocks, product and campaign launches, and sales promotions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and the execution of the ideas
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage photoshoots or video productions
- Create collaterals such as card inserts, press kits, store signages, and briefing documents for internal communications.
- Ensure consistent copywriting and content assessment for marketing communication materials across various customer touch points
- Ensure that the content is in line with the brand, effectively conveying the intended call-to-action across all countries
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to identify VIP customers, create and manage loyalty programmes to keep customers engage
- Work with marketing team for e-commerce website improvement and maintenance
- Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns or efforts and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to utilise sales, product, and customer data to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics to achieve company goals
- Conduct marketing research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor analysis
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the marketing budget is utilised efficiently
- Conduct consumer analysis by creating surveys or focus groups with By Invite Only customers to find out product and/or brand sentiment
- Work with merchandising team to drive demands online for high inventory products
- Assist marketing team with physical or virtual events if any
- Liaise with external agencies such as performance marketing and PR to achieve targeted campaign results
- Assist with any ad-hoc matters that may arise
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or a related field. E-commerce and sales experience is a plus
- Good project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under time pressure/tight deadlines
- Analytical thinker with good numeracy skills
- Ability to plan and execute cross-market campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Workspaces
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Have a can-do attitude and is a problem solver
- Passion for fashion and jewellery
