Job Description
- Accountable for timely processing of accounts payable, receivables, and employees’ expenses claims.
- Assist with operational cash management that adheres with payment timelines including cashflow planning and forecast as well as ensuring transactions are paid in time and received on time with accurate records.
- Responsible for timely processing of accounts payable, receivables, and employee expenses.
- Manages operational cash flow, ensuring adherence to payment timelines.
- Key responsibilities include transaction posting, vendor management, and bank reconciliation.
- Use NetSuite and banking portals, etc.
- This position will be reporting to our Finance Team Lead.
Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Over 3 years of accounts payable experience in the commercial field.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and banking portals
- Good communication skills, attention to detail
