Sales and Business Development

Hyper Island Institute Of Higher Education Pte. Ltd.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and solutions
  • Develop lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Develop strategies to retain existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast sales trends and revenue projections, informing budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports. And plan to meet the target.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.

Learning Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative and effective learning programs.
  • Integrate adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology for engaging training content.
  • Contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of learning programs.

Facilitation and Learning Experience Management:

  • Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and training programs for internal staff and external clients.
  • Utilize effective facilitation techniques to engage participants and ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Evaluate, follow up, and improve on developed learning modules and content.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, for a coordinated approach to sales and customer success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) would be preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiar with various government funding schemes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems.
