Responsibilities:
- Perform the full spectrum of Finance functions covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Month End Closing and Financial reporting
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities in the team to ensure timeliness and accuracy of information
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports for Management
- Manage audit, statutory reporting, tax, and external regulatory matters and liaising with external parties as required
- Work with Senior Management team with the Management Reports, Budget and Forecast and other ad hoc reports
- Perform quarterly GST filing
- Report on weekly wages/sales record to Senior Management
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislations
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / ACCA / related qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in similar capacity. Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality is preferred
- Audit experience
- Working knowledge of SAP/UBS
- Meticulous and well organized
- Able to work in fast pace environment
