Job Description:
Ø To deliver a high standard of pharmacy services to both inpatients and outpatients in a multi-disciplinary setting.
Ø To be involved in clinical, administrative as well as teaching operations.
Ø To develop and review services provided by the Pharmacy department such that the profession keeps abreast in providing timely and cost-efficient pharmacy services to the community.
Requirements:
Ø Degree or post-graduate degree in Pharmacy
Ø Registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Ø Excellent communication and listening skills
Ø Excellent team member
Ø Excellent clinical competency
