We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable full-time Research Officer for the above project, a large-scale project on childhood development, family, and population issues in Singapore. The RO will assist in survey operations, data management and analysis, literature review, writing of reports and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Honours) or equivalent in statistics or social sciences
- Experience in conducting research such as an honours thesis or involvement in a research project
- Strong writing skills
- Strong quantitative research skills. A good grasp of data analytic software such as SPSS, STATA, or R
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate with a large team and to work independently when necessary
Terms and Conditions
The appointment is tenable for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal pending on budget. Remuneration package is commensurate to qualifications and experience.
