Responsibilities:
- Issue and track Purchase Orders (PO).
- Monitor stock inventories and liaise with the store and plant.
- Maintain updated inventory lists.
- Communicate with suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
- Source parts/materials, perform Goods Received, and update the system.
- Record purchases, pricing, and essential data.
- Coordinate with forwarders for shipment clearance.
- Liaise with Sales and other departments for material requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best price quotes.
- Handle defective or damaged goods.
- Perform monthly stock takes.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Computer literate.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in purchasing or equivalent.
