As a Sales Executive at Subnero, your role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless sales processes. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, fostering growth and identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, engage in RFQs, and contribute to tender bids as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Steer ongoing leads through the sales pipeline, driving them toward successful closures.
- Coordinate customer activities, including meetings, follow-up sessions, and product demos, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Implement post-sales follow-ups to secure repeat orders and maintain client satisfaction.
- Manage and upkeep the CRM system for efficient tracking and organization of client interactions.
- Actively participate in networking events during industry exhibitions and conferences to expand our reach and build connections.
- Oversee the management of the company's sales exhibition booths and related activities, maximizing visibility and impact.
- Responsible for regular sales newsletters to existing and potential customers, ensuring timely and engaging communication.
- Collect market intelligence, analyze the competitor landscape, and conduct periodic market research to drive informed sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in sales. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Sales experience in telecom or marine & subsea sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving independent sales plans and achieving targets.
- Background in technology with familiarity with wireless technologies or the telecom sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in utilizing software-focused systems and processes for efficient daily workflow management is essential for this role.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones is a must.
- Comfortable operating within a startup environment.
