Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Taking off of quantities for earthwork and demolition work and civil engineering work
- To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations and final account, etc.
- To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients
- To prepare & submit progress claim to clients and update progress claim report monthly
- To handle other assigned duties as required
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive and well organized
- AutoCad knowledge is advantageous
