Job Responsibilites:
- Process and handle all payroll matters, ensuring all payroll timeline is adhered to and accuracy is met for all salaries paid out.
- Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves, NS Claims and training grant applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Generate payroll reports for auditing and management review
- Prepare and administer HR related letters (i.e. employment contracts, confirmation, promotion etc.), memos and/or notices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Equivalent in Human Resources related
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR working experience in fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Self-Starter and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- Meticulous, analytical and organized.
