- Manage internet banking, monthly bank reconciliation
- Process suppliers' invoices, match to orders, allocate costs
- Prepare accounts payable aging, reconcile vendors' statements
- Communicate effectively on payment status, invoice issues
- Handle petty cash, staff expenses; assist in audits
- Timely issuance of tuition and fee invoices.
- Billing for rentals, utilities, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage daily cash tasks, bank transfers, and receipts.
- Data entry in Engage and Sage systems.
- Monitor bank statements, update records, and collections.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
