Job description
- Assist day-to-day Accounts Payable function which include recording of invoice and payment processing
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
- Reconciliation of creditors’ statements to accounting records and investigate discrepancies, if any
- Responsible for month end closing and assist in audit process
- Ensure proper documentation / filling
- Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in this role.
- Experience in using Navision/ Microsoft Business Central system is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macros is an advantage)
- Ability to work with people in different levels of the organization.
- Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
