Picture Communication is an independent photography company with over two decades of experience in corporate, event, product, and studio photography and videography. In 2024, we are also expanding our business to include studio rental.
To keep up with the pace of work, we are looking for a meticulous and friendly studio assistant who can handle the administrative aspects of the company, and be responsible for the upkeep of the studio space.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for all clients, renters and external vendors
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, from first contact to final payment
- Maintain the tidiness of the studio space, as well as ensure supplies are well-stocked on a day-to-day basis
- Edit and create basic photo templates
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A detail-oriented nature
- A basic understanding or interest in the photography industry
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
