- Location: Loyang
- Salary: $3200 - $3500
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
- Do note that this is a 3 months assignment, possible to perm.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process purchase orders and shipment requests.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods.
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation logistics.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure they comply with regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and warehouse, to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and carriers to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Proactively identify and address logistics issues.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the transportation and handling of goods.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in logistics regulations.
- Generate regular reports on key logistics metrics, such as order fulfillment, inventory levels, and shipping costs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Logistic Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
