Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing and procurement of project materials/equipment, equipment rental, other services required by projects at the most competitive price and acceptable quality with minimum risk in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Terms & price negotiation with suppliers
- Coordinate with user projects/departments and vendors
- Downloading reports from company system and summarize historical purchased data
- Formulating term contracts (services)
- Work well under pressure and able to work independently
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the procurement of material/equipment and services
- PC literate & proficient in MS Office application
- Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage but not necessary
- Only Singaporean
