Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Possess a strong understanding of electronic components, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and information to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of products.
- Lead the sales team in implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to address customer needs and specifications.
- Provide insights into market trends and competitive activities to senior management.
- Manage and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalen
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Must have experience in account management and managing distributors / agents
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
