About the position
This position reports to the Event Manager and interfaces event attendees and vendors, and will be required to manage roadshows and festivals that includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Running a live event independently and representing the agency and our clients in a professional manner
- Maintaining timelines effectively
- Preparing for WIP meetings and providing clear reports to clients and their stakeholders in a professional manner
- Liaising with venues to ensure all documentation is thoroughly prepared
- Preparing pre-event and post-event documentation, active management of set-up and tear-down of events
- Working closely with designers to ensure collaterals and production items are produced timely
- Managing a team of event crew
- Communicating with and managing consumers of the event
- Being open to working irregular hours
