What Will You Be Doing?
You are never alone - We design as a team, so you will be working closely with our team of Conceptualizers and Designers to develop ideas and designs. Here's what to expect:
Responsibilities:
- Understanding design brief, clients' requirements and preference, space utilization.
- Production of mood boards, design and materials proposals.
- Doing Quotation and/or BQ
- Client liaising
- Developing layout drawings, detail drawings, construction drawings etc
- Working with team to craft design
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years of residential design experience
- Experienced with high-end residential design
- Proficency in AutoCAD
- Great client servicing skills and experience
- Strong detailing skills
- Design centric & passionate about design
- Team player
